Everything Butter Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

Raw Shrimp
peeled and deveined

Challenge Butter Everything Flavor Seasoned Snack Spread

Fresh Chives
4
cloves
Garlic
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper

Vegan Mayonnaise

tbsp
Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse and pat dry. Set aside.
Finely chop chives and garlic, then add to a a small saucepan over low heat with Seasoned Snack Spread, salt, and pepper.
Stir gently until butter has melted and ingredients are well-combined.
Add butter mixture to shrimp and let sit for 5-10 minutes while you heat up your grill to 350 degrees.
Place shrimp on stainless steel skewers, sliding center of shrimp through the skewer and spacing them out evenly.
Grill shrimp until opaque; approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook or the shrimp will be chewy.
Remove from grill and brush one more layer of seasoned garlic butter over top before serving.
To make aioli, add mayonnaise and dijon mustard to a bowl with the leftover seasoned garlic butter. Whisk to combine.
